Anyone telling you they are Level 1 or Level 2 or MASTER level Reiki practitioners are fooling themselves and their clientele. Healing is done with LOVE and I'll show you how to channel it. It's important to know that the healer is NOT responsible for the healing.. we are catalysts able to provide the frequency of healing to the person who needs it.. It's up to them to accept and integrate our energy for their healing. Not many will tell you that.

- Weave (3-beat): A foundational move to get comfortable with spinning.
- Butterfly: Simple yet visually striking, with opposite-direction spins.
- Corkscrew: Horizontal spinning that's easy to grasp.
Intermediate:
- Windmill: Adds overhead motion for a dynamic effect.
- Buzzsaw: Tight spins close to the body, requiring precision.
- Fountain: Combines moves like the weave and windmill for fluid transitions.
- Spiral Wraps: POI tethers wrap around your arms or legs in a smooth spiral before unraveling seamlessly.
Advanced:
- Isolation: A technique where the POI appears to stay in one spot while spinning.
- Hyperloops: Complex wraps where the POI cross and uncross around your body mid-spin.
- Throws: Releasing and catching the POI for added flair and skill.
- Behind-the-Back Weave: A challenging variation of the weave performed behind your back.
- Flowers: Circular patterns with petals created by arm and POI movement (includes variations like in-spin and anti-spin flowers).
- Orbitals: High-speed spinning moves with the POI tethered closely together.
